Wrist exercises

These are my favorite exercises to help my shooting. Lots of people work on their grip strengths, But I focus on exercises that can help locking my joints (wrists, elbows, and shoulders) because the joints affect the recoil management greatly. This video is to help to strengthen your wrists. To lock the wrists, forearms muscle exercises are very important. Learning how to engage your forearm muscles to lock your wrists will help the recoil management greatly.


As you can see the picture below, those forearm muscle groups are connected to the wrist. The wrist locking strength can be developed as we develop the forearm muscles.

 My physical therapist recommended me the first two exercises in the video and the exercieses helped me to develop the strength and the sensation of engaging the forearm muscles to lock my wrists which helped me greatly to have better recoil management.
